Summer parties reign! Combine that with a parade, good barbecue cuisine, great swim games and a wonderful opportunity to get together with friend and neighbors and you have our 4th of July event! Kids decorate their bikes! Those coveted prizes are waiting and patriotic attire is shared by everyone! It’s a great way to enjoy the holiday as we get together at the pool for this special day!

The first Sunday evening in December brings a horse drawn wagon to our neighborhood ready to usher in the holiday spirit with a delightful ride through our beautifully decorated neighborhood! In keeping with the festive start to the season, activities abound throughout the evening. Live music, holiday crafts for the kids, cookies, popcorn and hot drinks and even a visit from St. Nick himself help to keep the season bright! Fire pits warm the winter night as we gather to visit with old friends and meet new ones! This much celebrated event is one that the neighborhood has enjoyed for more than ten years and it just keeps getting better! A family event that deserves a special place on your calendar!
